Not much Going on (literally)

People want to get paid and the job isnt even done yet. Can you believe that. I finally told someone the other day, no one gets paid til the job is done and it is to our liking. Did they think we really wouldnt notice things?  Sewer is slowly being put in. Im getting so impatient now its not even funny. Thanks for letting me vent and get it off my chest. We went over there yesterday just to see if I could clean something,. I found myself sweeping the ceililngs. At  least that is done. Ha!

Dakota and I had such a good two days in school. I found something that  he likes to do and that is teach. I let him be the teacher and teach me and then we worked on his papers together. He loved it. Little did he know he was reviewing and learning at the same time. When we get in our house, Im going to hang up our chalk board and some maps. He has a little trouble in History. Everthing about the Old World and New World is getting confusing, but we just back up and I keep explaining until he finally gets it.

Both are doing really good in sports. They loved trying a new sport this year. Ive had fun watching them learn.

The only trouble Im having trouble with Dallas is, he doesnt like to write. He doesnt want to try to write his letters and numbers. He cant hold his pencil right yet either. I guess as long as hell learn them visually, the writing will come later maybe. At his own pace. I have to remind myself of that. Every child is not the same. We still have a yr. before he starts Kindergarten.

Ahha! I knew I have read somewhere that vinegar helps with bugs. In my Amish book of Home remedies, you mix vinegar, epsom salt and water in a sprayer and spray vegetables. So much healthier than chemical pesticides.  I recommend these books to everyone. I love them . This year instead of reaching for the medicines, Im going to try some things. These days you dont know and cant trust things your putting in your body. I have also read alot of uses for Basic H household cleaner by Shaklee. It is an organic cleaner. It is even used by the Amish for ailments in livestock, and in their crops. Imagine a cleaner for other uses. Its awesome.

Well Dakota and David were suppose to go Dove hunting this morning but Davids mother is  having Gall Bladder surgery. She will be coming home tomorrow. They were able to do Lazer surgery. I had mine removed when Dakota was 2 or 3 yrs old. He was the best little nurse.

Maybe in a few days I will have some good news about the property. Thanks for letting me fill your ears with my life. Ha!
