Surviving

You can tell school is back in full swing with school all day,  football practice after school, then FFA meetings.  Dallas is going to have a good but full year. I have been working with him on driving. I know,  he should have already been learning, but when Dallas  was younger, he never showed any interest in driving. I told him I will not take him to take his permit test until he reads the driving book. You would not believe how many people don’t  know the rules of the road and the right of way rules. Mine will.

We had our first Friday night football game last Friday night. We won.

I was so hoping Jossie would go into labor this weekend since the timing was perfect , but Caroline did not cooperate.

Meanwhile Atleigh has been helping me get our room back ready for sissy. Those pigtails though.

While daddy was home over the weekend, we had a bday supper for him since his Bday fell in the middle of the week.

We’ve been letting Atleigh spend some Saturday nights with us so Jossie can get some rest  and she can go to church with us on Sundays. This particular morning she was kind of in the mood for a photo shoot, kind of not.

That was one of the dresses I made for her and the bloomers. 🤗

While  dad was home, he is getting us prepared for our hunting season coming up. Bush hogging, plowing, and planting food plots. Getting deer cameras set up and getting blinds ready. Wonder what they are discussing?

One day we had a fun day with my momma again. We went to the mall and some more places. She’s  got her nuggets and her fries and she’s  comfy. Silly girl…

There was a few days that Atleigh was  not feeling good and running a high fever all the sudden. Jossie took her to the dr and she had fluid building up in her ear. Got it in time. Bless her.

So basically we have been surviving around here lately. Lol.

About 4dfarms

I am a wife to an amazingly dedicated, devoted, and loyal husband whom God sent to me. I am a mother to two wonderful boys to whom I'd give my life for. Around here we have homeschooled, we farm, garden, hunt, fish and anything else we want to do. Although I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sometimes its hard for me to keep up. If it was not for my husband and two boys, I could not do some of what I do. They really do help me alot. We work together as a team in my home. We try our best to train up our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Yea, they slip sometimes and correction has to be made. Thats life. I want so badly to be just like the Proverbs 31 woman. My grandmother did an awesome job of it and Id like to fill her shoes.
