Tiring day

Today has been very tiring. I had to trim hooves today. Dallas has been wanting to learn so I let him try a little. What he couldn’t get I finished. We have been so caught up in taking care of the girls from before during and after pregnancy that we forget the boys sometimes. You have to remember it all starts with them. We need to at least dedicate some time to taking care of them just as well. A few of my boys needed their coats brushed since they are shedding their boy coats and getting their manly coats.
It wasn’t easy work today seeings though my RA has been flaring up in different places. My left wrist is hurting badly and it pops continuously every time I turn it a certain way. My right shoulder hurts on and off everyday. Then the bottom of my heels are excruciating sometimes that I can’t walk hardly. I’ve really got to go to my dr. I just hate going the first time of the year cause that durned ole deductible. But its come down to a have to now.
I’m still slowly unpacking boxes a little at a time. That’s all I can handle.
Dear hubby hung our ceiling fan in the kitchen today. It brightens up the whole kitchen and will be cooler when I’m cooking.
If you have noticed a bit spike in your electric bill and you have tried every trick in the book to cut back on energy costs…..check your meter. We did this because our election bill from our old house single wide was around $350.00 one month. We knew something was drasticly wrong. So when we moved into our double wide we knew we had to do something to cut back on costs. Come to findmeter was broke. David requested they put in a new digital meter. Were glad we did cause our bill is back to normal now.
Well its getting late and I’m hurting. Got to get in bed. Hope everyone has a blessed Lords day tomorrow.

About 4dfarms

I am a wife to an amazingly dedicated, devoted, and loyal husband whom God sent to me. I am a mother to two wonderful boys to whom I'd give my life for. Around here we have homeschooled, we farm, garden, hunt, fish and anything else we want to do. Although I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sometimes its hard for me to keep up. If it was not for my husband and two boys, I could not do some of what I do. They really do help me alot. We work together as a team in my home. We try our best to train up our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Yea, they slip sometimes and correction has to be made. Thats life. I want so badly to be just like the Proverbs 31 woman. My grandmother did an awesome job of it and Id like to fill her shoes.
