Had so much to write couldnt think of title

Ive got so much to tell that I couldnt come up with a good title. I guess I have to go all the way back to Easter. The Saturday before Easter, we had a family get together at Davids mommas house. The kids all hunted eggs and had a great day. David is telling Sister Baby all about Copenhagen. She seems to be really interested.Photobucket

Easter Sunday at church we had a flower service. Ive never seen one. It is where you take flowers and decorate the cross. We let the children go first that were in childrens church. Then everyone went isle by isle.
They played a video up on the screen of scenes from the movie The Passion. It was beautiful. By the time everyone was finished it was gorgeous. We had some ushers take it outside so we could share it with the  community. We could all take pictures of it outside. Had to get my boys.Photobucket
That afternoon David called me down to the barn and asked me if I liked my Easter present. And here he is Photobucket
We named him Buster. He is so handsome. I plan to gather fertilized eggs to let some hens hatch them. Then they will go into the freezer.
Then Monday it was back to the drawing board. Daddy is helping Dallas.
I was helping Dakota. We have started Health and are on the vitamins and minerals part. Good nutrition is what Im into. Iknow what I grow and where it comes from.Photobucket
This is my Kindergarten class on Wednesday nights. They are having a ball painting.
That Friday night we had opening ceremonies for baseball games to officially start. David is helping coach Dakotas team. I could not coach Dallas team again this year, cause last year I about stripped my vocal cords. Some games we will have to split up because Dakota will travel some.Daddy will take him and I take Dallas. Here are a few shots from each game.

Daddy is helping on first base. Hes hoping to help Dakota steal a base. He did make it home by the way.
Dakota is very good at hindcatching.
Now is little mans turn.PhotobucketPhotobucket
Dallas and a little boy on his team are the best batters. No Im not partial, I m just being honest. They have a few that have not played on a team before. They are all doing really good.Just two games and Im already hoarse. Here are my boys posing their best.Photobucket
Dallas’ coach said next game, he could hindcatch. Dakota has taught him what he needs to know.
This past Thursday when the ground finally dried up enough in the garden we took off school and spent all day planting. We had to pause on the goat fence for now so we could get this done. No we didnt get it all done in one day. The next day I tried to finish. The boys were doing their school work, while I tried to get more done. They took a break and brought me some lunch and helped a little. After school was over I came in for a while and had to rest. While David took little man for baseball team pictures, Dakota and I got back out there and tried to do somemore. We were out there til 8 pm we couldnt see anymore.
Then Saturday before ballgames I finished the last 5 rows. Boy did I pay for those three days. I have muscle relaxers that Im suppose to take with my arthritis medicine, but I only take them if I have to. Well guess what? I HAD TO> As a matter of fact I took two. I spent the rest of the weekend in the recliner with my swollen feet and legs up. I hurt so bad. Im better today. Ive got to stop overdoing it. Our garden is finally planted. I dont have any pictures of us working cause we were too busy working. Ha! I bought me a Mantis tiller. It is only 24 lbs. It is still a little heavy for my arms but It works great and I can manage it better. If my mother in law likes it and can work with it we will all pitch in and get her one for Mothers Day. David said that was what He and the boys were going to get me, but I just couldnt wait. We have three kinds of corn, three kinds of green beans, purple hull peas, lima beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, squash, zucchini, onions, radishes, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, potatoes, there may be more but I cant remember all. I live my little tiller, I didnt hardly get to use it. David took it first and then Dakota. Finally I got to play with my new toy. Im planting extra food over at my mother in laws house. I want to share with my family. Yea I may not be able to keep up. My mother takes off next month for retirement. There will be days shell come up here and take some things home with her. Ive got alot of things planned for us, she just doesnt know it yet Ha!
Please pray for her, she will be having surgery this Wed, on her gall bladder. It will be outpatient surgery so she will come home same day. I plan for me and the boys to go and stay with her Saturday. I will see if my sister can stay with her during the week and take care of her. I guess its a good thing she has the surgery before she retires than after.
Dakota came up with an awesome idea. For each chore they do without having to be asked, they get a marble to go in their lock box, each marble is worth .25. At the end of the week they go to Daddy for pay day. They are constantly going through the house looking for something to do. Dakota even took over the vaccuming. They unload and load the dishwasher, do laundry, and dust. I could get use to this. We tried this a few years ago, but Dakota gave up. But once he realized how much he could earn, they changed their minds. I make them save it up for a while. Dakota also sells some eggs now. They split this money. Both of them have about $40 right now. Dakota wants to buy him some clothes. Sometimes I have to do some reminding but their right on it. Dallas lost a tooth, his first tooth, hes so excited, he got another dollar.
Please also pray for my nephew who is only 14. He has bacteria in his blood and is going to a specialist in Memphis. He is on pain killers for his stomach and heavy antibiotics. He cant eat anything without hurting. He cries himself to sleep every night. He is just living in pain.
Well we are fixing to have to go to ballgames. Ill post more tomorrow. Ive got more pictures.Hope everyone enjoys.

About 4dfarms

I am a wife to an amazingly dedicated, devoted, and loyal husband whom God sent to me. I am a mother to two wonderful boys to whom I'd give my life for. Around here we have homeschooled, we farm, garden, hunt, fish and anything else we want to do. Although I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sometimes its hard for me to keep up. If it was not for my husband and two boys, I could not do some of what I do. They really do help me alot. We work together as a team in my home. We try our best to train up our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Yea, they slip sometimes and correction has to be made. Thats life. I want so badly to be just like the Proverbs 31 woman. My grandmother did an awesome job of it and Id like to fill her shoes.
