pardtx0tx959tx1918tx2877tx3836tx4795tx5754tx6713tx7672tx8631f1fs20 The boys came home today, Dallas was upset with Granny because he didnt want to come home, he wanted to stay there. If my kids had their choice, they would live with them. I told them I understand perfectly, cause when I was little I spent the summers with my Grandparents and didnt want to come home either til I got homesick. Sometimes I would be late registering for school because wed be off camping somewhere. Those were some good times.

I took my parents over today to look again, this time they got to see our trailer sitting there. They boys were so excited. We get water meter in tomorrow and Hubby and brother in law will install pipes and trench ditches and run water to the house. So maybe by Saturday water will be complete. Next week we get power. Pray that there will be no more delays. a friend is going to come hook up air and charge up unit with freeon after power gets in. Then its on to cleaning. Hubby is worried about getting everything done before he has to go out of town. I really hope we get everything done too.

I have been invited to a homeschool potluck supper tomorrow night. I think this will be really good for the boys. I get to find out more tomorrow night at the dinner.

I have been reading this book called Home Remedies from Amish Country. I got it at a little country store in town that has alot of Minninite and Amish things. It is a really helpful book for all kinds of ailments. Everything is in your pantry or general store,.Nothing hard. Think about it, how many Amish people do you see in the drs. office all the time? You dont because they believe what the bible says in Ezekiel 47 : 12. I believe God put everything here for a purpose for us to use for our benefit. We should take advantage of it. They are really smart people. The things you can do with cider vinegar, onions, lemon juice, honey, etc. WOW!!!!!!!!

A few tips for people who have livestock. One way to save money for litter in your stalls is if you use shavings for litter in the bottom, after cleaning the poop out, (dont scoop all the shavings out, just pick up poop with a shovel) take a rake or pitch fork and "flip" the litter several times a week. It will have a chance to air out and dry and it will go a long way. Twice a year completely clean out stalls and replace litter with fresh. Use the old litter to throw in the garden as compost and fertilizer. I have saved alot of money this way on fertilizer and litter and recycled at the same time. Theres no telling whats in these commercial products anymore. Im getting to where I dont trust them. If anybody knows if this is true or not let me know, I thought I read somewhere that vinegar and water was a good bug repellent on vegetables in the garden? If it is true I will start using it next year in stead of bug spray. Also spraying vinegar and water in the barn helps with flies too.

The garden has slowed down tremendously. Kind of boring. Monday we will start school. Im just letting the boys enjoy the rest of the summer. I dont like just sitting around doing nothing. I cant just sit and watch tv all day. I get bored. Im not a big tv watcher. Oh well!

Well its my turn to take a shower and get cleaned up. Sweaty day today. Hope everyone is staying cool and drinking plenty of water.

pardtx0tx959tx1918tx2877tx3836tx4795tx5754tx6713tx7672tx8631f1fs20 I'm still praying that you all get into your trailer soon. I've never heard of the vinegar and water being used as a bug repellant before. I used to clean houses and we used vinegar and water on the wood floors. I always hated the smell. I wonder if those people had less problems with flies? LOL. Enjoy your weekend, and blessings and prayers on your new school year to come.par
