Im kind of afraid to ask that question. Lets see, where do I begin? Lets see, the other day Dakota and Dallas were riding their 4 wheelers and I was cleaning out the barn. All the sudden I hear Dakota screaming and hollering and running to Dallas who was flat on his back on the ground. I knew what had happened. I started running for the Rhino and didnt make it two steps when I twisted my fractured ankle again and went down. Dakota saw and heard me scream and he said, "Momma, I didnt  know who to help first!" Poor thing. I got up and Dakota got Dallas on his 4 wheeler and brought him to me. I checked and poked everywhere for injuries, but thank the lord there was none. I asked Dakota what happened. He said they were riding together and then Dakota got ahead of Dallas and he looked back to see Dallas’ 4wheeler roll over on him and come back up on its wheels. Dallas was not moving. Come to find out he had hit a pothole and it went into it. Of course my first question was "Were you going too fast?" cause if he was it was going to be parked. But Dakota said he was not going fast(which I believe because Dakota gets onto Dallas if hes going too fast, hes very protective).  I sent them out there to fill up "all" potholes that they saw. The 4 wheeler has to be fixed. Im just so thankful God sent angels to watch over my babies. Then I have to go inside and put ice on my foot because it blew up like a baloon again and hurt like the dickens. I just knew I broke it then, but God was watching over me too.

Then yesterday morning Im cleaning the barn again and I get out of Tishas sight and she comes flying around the barn and her but hits my leg(yes fractured side) and sweeps it right out from under me. Down I go flat of my back. She does come back however and check on me. Wasnt that sweet. Needless to say it didnt hurt my ankle again. Whooh! If I would have had a video camera you would have laughed, cause I did when I got up. Yesterday evening I picked green beans I let them go in the garden with me,  they really enjoyed it. Then today I snapped, washed, and canned 32 qrts of green beans. I probably would have had more but lets just say Tisha and Cocoa love green beans too.

It has been event ful for a few days. David is doing better, thanks for the prayers. God is still on his throne and boy am I thankful.

About 4dfarms

I am a wife to an amazingly dedicated, devoted, and loyal husband whom God sent to me. I am a mother to two wonderful boys to whom I'd give my life for. Around here we have homeschooled, we farm, garden, hunt, fish and anything else we want to do. Although I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sometimes its hard for me to keep up. If it was not for my husband and two boys, I could not do some of what I do. They really do help me alot. We work together as a team in my home. We try our best to train up our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Yea, they slip sometimes and correction has to be made. Thats life. I want so badly to be just like the Proverbs 31 woman. My grandmother did an awesome job of it and Id like to fill her shoes.

WOW, you have had quite a day!!! I would have been in tears and let everyone know that I was quiting my job! Seriously though, praise the Lord for his mercies and for watching over you and your boys! If you lived close I would bring a meal! Wow on the beans too! I enjoy canning, but I probably would not have done it with those feet. Did you have a rolling chair take you around? Hope you feel better. Tammy
