Praise the Lord whom all blessings flow

Hi Everyone, Boy today has been a wonderful day at church. Tonight started our first night of this weeks revival. I saw hearts broken and lives changed. It was uplifting. You pray so hard for someone and God answers and you just want to shout Halleluiah, so excited I cant even spell it right. Ha! Its good to know that you can go meet with other saints and pray and cry together and just know that they are there for comfort and encouragement. We entertain angels unaware sometimes.  Dakota is a little disappoited because he has a game tomorrow night but Ive already called our coach and told him we wouldnt be there because we will be at church for revival. Dakota understands the stand we take where church is concerned, but hes still young and gets disappointed. I just have to keep reminding myself, "Hell appreciate it when he gets older".

On another note, we will be getting two baby goats this Saturday, Ive been waiting on this day since fall. Weve been preparing all this time, weve just been waiting on one to be born. One is 5 mths old and this one is only a few days old. We will get to feed it with a bottle. Dallas is so excited he can hardly wait.  It is going to be a busy week for me. But I know I will enjoy it. You see when I was little my grandparents had a small farm. Im the only one left in two generations that cares anything about carrying on the tradition of farming and gardening. I want to teach my boys too how to live off the land. Times and inflation are getting worse. Im tired of paying almost $4 for a gallon of milk. These goats are Nubians and are specifically dairy goats. Hence, my own milk, cheese, ice cream etc. Its going to be a good experience for the boys and will bring back a lot of good memories, comfort and peace for me.

Well I really would sit and talk all night but Ive got to get the boys in bed and go to bed myself, got a long day ahead of us tomorrow.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday in the Lord. Be sure not to leave him out of your day tomorrow.

About 4dfarms

I am a wife to an amazingly dedicated, devoted, and loyal husband whom God sent to me. I am a mother to two wonderful boys to whom I'd give my life for. Around here we have homeschooled, we farm, garden, hunt, fish and anything else we want to do. Although I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Sometimes its hard for me to keep up. If it was not for my husband and two boys, I could not do some of what I do. They really do help me alot. We work together as a team in my home. We try our best to train up our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Yea, they slip sometimes and correction has to be made. Thats life. I want so badly to be just like the Proverbs 31 woman. My grandmother did an awesome job of it and Id like to fill her shoes.
